Format for this event will be pentathlon single touch bouts (possibly repeated pairings) with age groupings based on registrations. See next page for details.

Laser Run (Penhold Multiplex)
3:00-4:30

Each heat will be given a 10 min warm-up immediately prior to their race. Warm-up will include time on both the track and the shooting range.
