The Pentathlon Alberta Board of Directors voted on Thursday, March 19th to suspend the Pentathlon Alberta 2020 competition season indefinitely, including the Provincial Championships that were scheduled for the end of May. The suspension may be extended to include the National Championships that are currently scheduled for July 11th and 12th in Calgary, but that will be decided at a later date.  

The decision was not made lightly but the health and safety of our community is our top priority.

We will continue to monitor the situation and make any further decisions and provide updates as the situation changes.

Please also note that the Pentathlon Alberta Casino that was scheduled for March 23rd and 24th has been cancelled. Volunteers should have already received a notice of the cancelation. 

We would like to thank our athletes, parents, volunteers and supporters for your patience and cooperation as we navigate this uncharted course. This is a difficult time for everyone.
