DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Join Darragh O’Malley for an online discussion on training at home for fencing. \nDuring the webinar he will take us through the importance of training at home\, go over what activities we can do at home (hint\, it is more than just footwork!) and then show us what we can build inside to help us refine and develop our skills. \nWhat you will need: \n\nGlove\nEpee\nSome sort of ball\n\nDarragh is a UIPM Level 2 Pentathlon Coach and an NCCP Fencing & Swimming Coach.
